We’re looking for an   Analyst II, Service  to support core service systems, reporting, and process improvement across a dynamic service environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone who combines   systems thinking, service operations support, project coordination, and data/reporting capability—and who enjoys working across teams to improve how work gets done. In this role, a typical day will look like: • Provide case management support for active service systems • Deliver administrative support for data refresh activities in required systems • Lead or support service-related software implementation and enhancement projects • Produce reports for product quality, departmental performance, and day-to-day service operations • Help develop, implement, and improve service software systems and processes • Partner across teams to support operational effectiveness and continuous improvement The essential requirements of the job include: • BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience; willingness to pursue coursework is also considered • At least   3 years of experience in a service or customer service systems support environment • Salesforce.com   Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience • Experience with business software and process flows • Fluency in   English and Portuguese, plus some   Spanish It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • ServiceMax Certified Administrator I or equivalent experience • Oracle experience • Exposure to   lean tools or   change management Hach is proud to   part   of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
