Position Summary Reporting to the Vice President, FinOps, the Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst provides analytical, operational, project management, and execution support across the FinOps function. A core responsibility of this role is owning the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of CGC’s Power BI reporting environment, ensuring dashboards effectively support operational, financial, and management decision-making. The Analyst  provides key coordination support  for cross-functional initiatives , helping organize priorities,  develop and  manage workflows, document  and improve  processes, and translate business needs into actionable plans and dashboards. This role combines hands-on Power BI dashboard development experience with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities, helping translate cross-functional business needs into actionable insights,  dashboard reporting , operational processes, and  supporting   documentation .   Key Responsibilities Operational & Management Support  – Provide day-to-day support to the Vice President, FinOps in coordinating across the FinOps team, including scheduling, preparation of presentations, tracking action items, and supporting internal planning, coordination, and execution of team priorities.   Dashboard Development & Maintenance  – Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support organizational reporting needs, ensuring accuracy, usability, and timely updates. Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into practical dashboard solutions and support ongoing enhancements as organizational needs evolve.   Vendor & External Partner Coordination  – Help manage the working relationship with CGC’s external technology and reporting support vendors, including coordinating requests, tracking deliverables, and escalating issues as needed, while collaborating closely with the VP of IT and senior operational leaders.   Project Management & Workflow Coordination  – Support the planning, tracking, and execution o
