Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis : Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents in the SAP landscape. Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement preventive measures to reduce future occurrences. Documentation : Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation including functional specifications, technical design documents, unit test scripts, and change logs to support audits and knowledge transfer. Quality Assurance : Ensure all ABAP developments are thoroughly unit tested and participate in quality assurance activities including SIT and UAT support to deliver reliable, defect-free software. Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage proactively with functional leads across SD, MM, and FI domains to understand business requirements, provide technical feasibility input, and ensure delivered solutions align with process and compliance needs. What you’ll bring: Core ABAP & OO-ABAP: RICEFW objects, BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, ALV, Scripts and Smart forms.
