The Role
As a Health & Benefits Analyst, you will support projects for large and complex clients while managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will develop your expertise in employee benefits and insurance solutions, helping deliver high-quality client service and supporting the development of benefits strategies tailored to clients' needs.
Responsibilities
• Support the management and development of a portfolio of local and international clients and prospects.
• Deliver high levels of client service in line with established operating procedures and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in the health insurance market for both individual and SME clients.
• Assist preparing and reviewing technical calculations, presentations and other client documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Assist in the implementation, renewal and administration of new and existing flex benefits schemes
• Create benefits and payroll reports.
• Monitor own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Online back-office sites user.
• Help provide an efficient, professional service to meet client needs and to promote WTW brand.
• Control mailboxes for different clients, using a correct and polite language.
• Develop technical knowledge and skills in flex benefits area.
• Look for improvement in all processes.
• Develop efficiency through all the tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
