We continuously improve our operations to meet and exceed the needs of our customers. Our technical services are customized for the most popular business aviation aircraft types. Our customers’ value maximum aircraft availability which we provide by conducting preventive and corrective maintenance. We also facilitate special projects, ranging from small modifications up to complete avionics retrofits.
Are you a hands-on technician who loves working around aircraft and ensuring everything runs smoothly? Join our Part-145 MRO team at Schiphol Airport, where we maintain and repair business jets and special mission aircraft. This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop your skills, and make a real impact on aviation safety.
What you’ll do
As an Allround Technician, your responsibilities include:
1. Aircraft handling: Tow and move aircraft safely between the platform and the hangar.
2. Tooling & equipment maintenance: Keep our tooling and equipment in top condition to support aircraft maintenance.
3. Maintenance support: Assist certifying staff during Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul jobs.
4. Hangar upkeep: Ensure the hangar environment is safe, organized, and well-maintained.
5. Interior support: Assist with aircraft interior maintenance tasks when needed.
Who you are
We’re looking for a junior / mid-level technician who is:
• Safety-minded – you put safety first, for yourself and your colleagues.
• Problem solver – you think ahead and find solutions quickly.
• Flexible – willing to work different shifts and occasional weekends.
• Communicative – you work well in a team and can clearly report issues.
Hard skills
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a security check to obtain a Schiphol Badge.
• MBO-level technical background, through education or work experience
• Fluent in English.
