Job Description Summary: We are looking for an experienced Amazon Product Development Manager to lead product planning and development initiatives specifically designed to drive growth within the Amazon marketplace. This role will identify product opportunities using marketplace, consumer, and competitive insights and partner with cross-functional teams to bring successful products to market. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Own Amazon product catalog strategy including SKU rationalization, bundling, and new product roadmap for the channel Partner with Brand and Product Development teams to align product launches with Amazon go-to-market plans Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation for Amazon listings Manage the end-to-end new product launch process on Amazon including ASIN setup, content development, and launch promotions Analyze product performance data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming SKUs Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure accurate demand forecasting and timely replenishment for key ASINs Monitor competitor product offerings, pricing, and positioning to inform strategic decisions Work with the Advertising team to align product campaigns with product lifecycle stages Maintain product compliance with Amazon's listing policies and category requirements Track and report on product-level KPIs including conversion rate, BSR, reviews, and revenue contribution Qualifications 5+ years of experience in e-commerce product management, product development, category management, merchandising, or eCommerce Strong understanding of Amazon catalog management, listing optimization, and product launch processes Beauty, cosmetics, personal care, CPG, or consumer products experience preferred. Solid understanding of Amazon marketplace trends, consumer behavior, and product lifecycle management Strong analytical and project management skills Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills Ability to translate consumer and marketplace insights into commercially viable product opportunities Qualification(s): Education(s): Work Experience: Skill(s): Language(s): Korean Certification(s): Not Applicable The anticipated compensation range is 69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
