Description
As an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mediator at the GS-0301-13, you will be part of the Office of Field Programs, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, serving in person in one of the agency's District, Field, Area, or Local Offices, depending on the selected duty location. If selected, you will be responsible for conducting neutral ADR mediations involving employment discrimination disputes.
