Job Description As a Sales Specialist Intern, your role will be key in helping drive the company’s business forward. First, your job will be to assist with the day-to-day operations of booking international sales for direct clients requesting junior camps (spring, summer, or fall). Your main functions will be • Advise clients (via phone, email, chat) on destinations, camp options, appropriate programs, activities and excursions, transfers, insurance, etc. • Organize telephone contacts and interview requests with potential clients • Create and track quotes + Send brochures • Confirm reservations by working with the summer camp team • You may also be asked to perform other tasks such as translation, uploading files to our internal server, updating some of our PowerPoint presentations, etc. Qualifications • Be pursuing a BS/MS, preferably in business administration • Problem solving and creative thinking • Interest in learning how to work in sales • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Fluency in Spanish (C2) and English B1/B2 + Excellent written and verbal communication • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work independently and multitask • Positive thinking and flexibility Additional Information What we offer you • The opportunity to develop your skills in an international environment, in the exciting field of language travel • Paid internship + office benefits • A young and dynamic work environment • An environment where corporate ethics and sustainable development matter • Workplace: Barcelona • Start date: May 2025 • Contract type: 6-month internship (40 hours per week) – Tuesday to Saturday • Activity rate: Full-time
