We are currently looking for an Allround Marketeer to join the
team in Delft .
We are looking for an Allround Marketeer who enjoys combining creativity with strategy to help strengthen our brand, support product launches, and contribute to business growth.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work across digital marketing, content creation, campaigns, events, and product marketing, taking ownership of projects from concept through to execution. Working closely with the Marketing & Communication Specialist, you'll help bring marketing ideas to life while ensuring a consistent brand experience across all channels.

Allround Marketeer
Main responsibilities
As our Allround Marketeer, you will:
Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
Create engaging marketing content, including website pages, product information, case studies, newsletters and campaign materials.
Support the marketing of products and services by helping define messaging, positioning and go-to-market activities.
Maintain and optimise website content based on analytics and user insights.
Coordinate product launches by preparing marketing materials, campaigns and supporting communications.
Organise and coordinate events, exhibitions and customer-facing activities from planning through execution.
Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work closely with colleagues, external agencies and business stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication.
Support internal communication initiatives and contribute to strengthening the company's brand and visibility.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of marketing activities and takes ownership of their work.
Ideally, you bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Around 5 years of experience in an all-round marketing role.
Experience within a high-tech, engineering or B2B environment.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEA, email marketing and social media.
Experience with CMS and CRM platforms.
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
Experience organising events, product launches or exhibitions.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance and optimise campaigns.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Professional proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Dutch is a Pre.
