Company: AlgoTale- Network People Services Technologies Ltd. (NPST) Location: Mumbai, Noida, Bangalore Experience: 6–8 Years Work Mode- OnSite What will you do- We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in RDBMS platforms, specifically PostgreSQL and KeyDB, to manage and support mission-critical production databases. This role focuses on database availability, performance optimization, reliability, and operational excellence in a high transaction fintech environment. Job Responsibilities:  Install, configure, manage, and support PostgreSQL and KeyDB databases across production and non-production environments.  Ensure high availability, replication, backup, and recovery of database systems.  Monitor database performance, capacity, and health; proactively identify and resolve issues.  Perform query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning for RDBMS workloads.  Handle production incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.  Plan and execute database upgrades, patching, and maintenance with minimal downtime.  Implement and manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.  Work closely with application, systems, and operations teams during releases and issue resolution.  Maintain database documentation, standards, SOPs, and runbooks.  Participate in 24×7 on-call rotations and support critical production issues. Education Qualification - Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, B.Tech/ M.Tech) or any equivalent degree/course. Total / Relevant Experience – 6- 8 years Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech Work arrangement – 5 days working from of Office Location – Noida/Bangalore/Mumbai
