Job Title: Power BI Developer Experience- 3yrs+ Location: BKC Bandra / Aurali Mumbai, India 📌 Job Summary Algotale is looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI and SSRS to support analytics and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, report development, and performance optimization, with the ability to translate business requirements into impactful dashboards and reports. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business needs. • Develop and manage SSRS reports , including paginated and parameterized reports. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to gather and understand reporting requirements. • Perform data modeling using Power BI (relationships, DAX calculations, measures, KPIs). • Optimize report performance and ensure scalability of BI solutions. • Implement data security (row-level security) and governance best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues in a timely manner. • Ensure documentation of BI solutions, data definitions, and processes. • Support UAT, deployment, and post-production monitoring. 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Power BI and SSRS development. • Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX . • Solid experience with SSRS report design and deployment . • Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server). • Experience in data modeling concepts (star schema, normalization, ETL basics). • Knowledge of data warehousing and BI best practices . • Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
