Description
Get paid every week, on time. This truck share position is running open-board within Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, and some Manitoba as required with an average of 2200-2500 miles per week.
• Working 5 days on, 2 days off, 5 days on, 3 days off rotating schedule
• Hours and days of work might change from time to time according to operational demands. Regional work will be required
• Overnight trips are required; will be on the road up to four nights per week
• Additional work might be available upon request in spare unit in home daily capacity
• Average of 400 to 500 miles per day and 2200-2500 miles per week
• Non-smoking truck share unit
Candidate Profile:
• Company Driver with 24 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Must have a valid Class 1/AZ License
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to drive Highways 1 & 3 in B.C. 12 months a year
• Must be able to drive to Thomson, MB 12 months a year
• Must be able to lift 50 lb. or more
• Must be willing to haul all commodities including meat and alcohol
• Must have reefer experience
• CP Rail and container experience is preferred
