Belgium We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic Data & Analytics Transformation Program within a large enterprise environment. This high-impact role will drive the modernization of data capabilities through the implementation of a scalable cloud-based data platform, the deployment of a business-driven data governance framework, and the adoption of a data product mindset. You will oversee a complex transformation program involving cloud migration, data governance, AI initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize business value and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your Responsibilities • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Data & Analytics transformation program. • Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. • Oversee the implementation of a modern cloud-based data platform and the migration from legacy systems. • Drive the deployment of data governance and data quality frameworks. • Promote a data product approach organized around business domains and value creation. • Monitor AI-related initiatives within the program and ensure their integration into the overall roadmap. • Manage program planning, budgeting, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful program execution. • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executive management. Your Profile Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager. • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs. • Experience managing a cloud data platform modernization project (minimum €1M budget and/or 20 FTE). • Experience in the energy sector is required. Technical & Functional Skills • Strong knowledge of modern data platforms and cloud technologies. • Good understanding of modern data architecture concepts (compute, storage, FinOps, etc.). • Proven expertise in project and program management methodologies. • Solid experience with risk management, issue management, planning, and governance. • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments. Certifications One or more project/program management certifications are considered a strong asset: • PRINCE2 • PMP • PgMP • MSP Languages Excellent written and spoken communication skills in: • French • Dutch • English Soft Skills You are: • An outstanding communicator and presenter. • Highly organized with excellent planning skills. • Structured and able to manage complexity. • Resilient under pressure and adaptable to change. • A collaborative leader capable of driving teams toward common objectives. • Results-oriented with a strong business mindset.
