Product Vision & Strategy Define and continuously evolve the vision of the Data Platform. Build and maintain the product roadmap. Translate business needs into clear product objectives and actionable initiatives. Prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business stakeholders, platform users, architects, and delivery teams. Understand business needs and align stakeholders around shared priorities. Facilitate decision-making while balancing business and technical constraints. Communicate roadmap priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs transparently. Work closely with other Product Owners and Data teams to promote consistency and solution reuse. Product Ownership & Delivery Own and continuously manage the Product Backlog. Prioritize User Stories according to business value, regulatory requirements, and delivery capacity. Work closely with analysts, developers, architects, and the Scrum Team to refine requirements and priorities. Validate delivered features before production release. Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business objectives. Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor platform adoption and key performance indicators (KPIs). Gather user and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the platform. Adapt the roadmap based on business priorities, usage insights, and delivery learnings. Your Profile Experience Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner , Product Manager , or in a similar product leadership role. Strong experience defining product vision and managing product roadmaps. Demonstrated experience with value-driven product prioritization. Experience in Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Governance environments. Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum). Skills Strong Product Management expertise. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into clear priorities and actionable product roadmaps. Good understanding of Data and Analytics concepts to collaborate effectively with technical teams. Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strategic mindset with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach. Ability to make prioritization decisions in complex environments. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Octane, and Klaxoon . Languages Fluent English is required. French and/or Dutch are considered strong assets. Why Join Us?
