Belgium
As a Service Level Manager , you will be responsible for monitoring and improving IT service performance. You will manage service levels (SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs), ensure performance reporting, analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities, and support teams in optimizing service quality.
You will also contribute to the development of dashboards and Business Intelligence solutions, data management and valorization, reporting automation, as well as scripting and Data Engineering activities. In addition, you will support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing user satisfaction indicators and proposing concrete actions to enhance service delivery.
Profile sought
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Alternatively, significant professional experience in a similar role may be considered.
Experience
Experience in Service Level Management, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar position.
Experience in IT service performance analysis and KPI monitoring.
Good understanding of ITSM processes and continuous improvement practices.
Previous experience in an international environment is an asset.
Technical skills
Python, R, or C#.
SQL and relational databases (SQL Server or equivalent).
Power BI, Grafana, R Shiny, or other data visualization tools.
Data Engineering and data modelling.
Business Intelligence and reporting.
Script development and automation.
Data analysis and dashboard creation.
Good knowledge of ITIL best practices.
Preferred certifications
ITIL Foundation.
DevOps Foundation.
Certifications related to programming or software development.
