Job Description We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define, maintain, and evolve the organization's enterprise architecture. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment between business needs, processes, applications, data, and technology solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, domain architects, project managers, and technical teams, you will develop architectural roadmaps, support transformation programs, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and best practices. You will also contribute to strategic technology decisions, solution integration, architecture governance, and the optimization of the organization's application landscape. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the organization's enterprise architecture in alignment with business strategy. Design business, application, data, and service architectures. Develop architectural roadmaps and support their implementation. Ensure alignment between business requirements and IT solutions. Assess the architectural impact of new initiatives and projects. Define and promote enterprise architecture principles, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with domain architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Participate in architecture reviews and validate major technical decisions. Identify opportunities to improve and optimize the information system landscape. Contribute to enterprise architecture governance and strategic transformation initiatives. Required Profile Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex enterprise environments. Expert knowledge of Enterprise Architecture. Strong expertise in Data & Services Architecture . Solid understanding of application architecture, business processes, and information systems. Ability to translate business requirements into effective architectural solutions. Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs. Experience within the public sector is considered a strong asset. Knowledge of the asylum and migration sector is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with strong organizational and collaboration abilities.
