Belgium We are looking for an experienced Agile Product Owner to drive product vision and ensure the successful delivery of projects using Scrum methodology. As the voice of the customer and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing product requirements while working closely with development teams to maximize business value. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy Define the overall product vision and maintain the product roadmap. Translate business objectives into clear functional requirements for the development team. Write and refine functional specifications following Agile best practices. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements. Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of product expectations. Product Backlog Management Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog. Continuously prioritize business needs based on value and strategic objectives. Prepare and plan Sprint content. Adjust priorities as business needs evolve. Ensure product consistency throughout the development lifecycle. Agile Project Delivery Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, demonstrations, and testing sessions. Validate delivered features and make functional decisions when required. Monitor Sprint progress and support continuous delivery. Ensure product quality, consistency, and business value. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Align stakeholders around product objectives and priorities. Promote knowledge sharing across Agile teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Contribute beyond your primary role whenever it supports the team's Sprint goals. Candidate Profile Master's degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Agile Business Analyst, or similar role. Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience managing Product Backlogs. Project Management experience. Budget Management experience. Good understanding of banking and credit business environments. Knowledge of large organizational processes and business operations. Experience working within cross-functional Agile teams.
