MPI is recruiting an Aircraft Engineering Mechanical Supervisor with Merlin experience to join a leading aviation support operation. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a supervisory role supporting the Royal Navy’s front-line Merlin helicopter fleet, working across the IMOS (Integrated Merlin Operational Support) and AESAS (Aircraft Engineering and Aviation Support) contracts at one of the UK’s busiest military air stations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring aircraft are maintained safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with strict military aviation standards.
