MPI is recruiting experienced Aircraft Fitters for a short-term contract at Luton Airport, supporting a busy aircraft maintenance environment through to May 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation working on modern business jet aircraft within a structured shift pattern and stable long-term contract. What you’ll be doing Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft Work to high standards of safety, quality, and airworthiness compliance Support efficient turnaround of aircraft within a fast-paced MRO environment Complete accurate maintenance documentation What we’re looking for Completed Aircraft Apprenticeship (certified papers required) Strong hands-on aircraft maintenance experience Business Jet experience preferred (Bombardier highly desirable) Commercial aircraft experience will also be considered HF, SFAR88 and EWIS certification essential Additional information All tools provided on site Outside IR35 contract If you’re an experienced Aircraft Fitter looking for experience within a professional business aviation environment, we’d like to hear from you.
