You'll work directly with executive leadership to identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally improve how the business operates. You'll help redesign workflows. Improve customer experiences. Compensation Snapshot Employment Type: Independent Contractor Location: Fully Remote Time Commitment: Full-Time Monthly Base Compensation USD $1,500–$2,500 per month, depending on experience, strategic capability, AI expertise, business transformation experience, and overall alignment with the role. Performance Incentives Monthly KPI-based incentives tied to measurable operational improvements, AI implementation success, business impact, innovation, and strategic contribution. You'll combine business strategy with practical execution. This is not a consulting role. This is a builder role. About the Role As our AI Strategy Manager, you'll partner directly with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and implement AI opportunities across the organization. You'll analyze business processes, evaluate emerging technologies, develop strategic recommendations, coordinate implementation, measure outcomes, and continuously improve how Human Intelligence operates. This is an AI-native leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, business analysis capability, commercial awareness, communication skills, and operational execution.
