AI Portfolio Analyst Dublin, Hybrid As an AI Portfolio Analyst / Business Analyst at ICON, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery, governance, and optimisation of the Enterprise AI portfolio. You will work at the intersection of business needs, AI capabilities, and delivery execution—ensuring that AI initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities, clearly defined, and effectively managed across their lifecycle. What You Will Do: In this role you will be responsible for supporting the planning, analysis, coordination, and ongoing management of AI programmes and initiatives across the Enterprise AI function. Key Responsibilities : • Partner with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements for AI use cases, products, and platform capabilities • Support the intake, prioritisation, tracking, and administration of AI initiatives within the Enterprise AI portfolio • Maintain portfolio trackers, status reports, and documentation to ensure accurate visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies • Develop and produce regular reporting, dashboards, and updates for governance forums and senior stakeholders • Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, product, and governance teams to support timely delivery of AI initiatives • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Analyse processes and identify opportunities where AI and automation can deliver measurable value • Support governance processes, including scheduling, preparation, and documentation for steering committees and portfolio review meetings • Track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies across AI programmes, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution • Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio management, reporting standards, and business analysis practices • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks. Your Profile: To succeed in this role, you will bring strong analytical and business analysis experience, along with a structured, detail-oriented approach to coordination, reporting, and portfolio management in a fast-paced AI environment. Required qualifications and experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related discipline • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role within technology or data-driven environments • Experience supporting programme or portfolio reporting, tracking, and administrative coordination activities • Strong understanding of project and portfolio management principles and tools • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and digital transformation initiatives • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams LI-JC3 LI-Hybrid What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
