About Our Clients Our client is one of the world’s fastest-growing Google Ads agencies, managing nine figures in annual ad spend for over 180 direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce brands. They specialize in performance marketing, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and direct partnerships with Google to create high-performing advertising campaigns. They are looking for an AI Creative Strategist to take ownership of AI-powered video advertising from research and strategy through to production and optimization, with a strong focus on YouTube creatives. Responsibilities Research markets, competitors, and customer personas to identify compelling advertising angles. Develop creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and scripts for AI-generated video advertisements. Produce end-to-end AI-powered ad creatives, including Video Sales Letters (VSLs), AI avatars, claymation, UGC-style ads, and other emerging creative formats. Utilize AI creative tools to generate, edit, and deliver high-quality performance-focused video ads. Analyze campaign performance data and continuously optimize creatives based on testing results. Build and manage a high-volume creative testing pipeline focused on conversion and performance. Collaborate closely with media buyers, landing page specialists, and content teams to ensure creative consistency across campaigns. Stay ahead of emerging AI creative technologies, trends, and advertising formats.
