You will help us to fulfil our mission to  empower contributors to utilise cutting-edge technology with confidence  by designing clear learning pathways, maintaining high-quality AI resources and cultivating an open and engaging AI community. You will directly support the AI Knowledge Hub's mandate to: Deliver structured, verifiable, role-appropriate AI education. Maintain continuously updated prompt libraries and tooling. Build contributor confidence through proven methods, shared standards and curation of a vibrant AI community. Ensure responsible, consistent and high-quality AI use across the firm. You don't just bring people to the table – you help them  enjoy the food  by giving them the clarity, tools and support needed to use AI effectively and securely. This role is based in Berlin and is office-based. It is  not an engineering role.   Your Responsibilities TOOLING & KNOWLEDGE INFRASTRUCTURE Champion prompt engineering as a core professional skill Encourage prompt development across the firm that aligns with the firm's standards and the Knowledge Hub's methodology. Develop and maintain the firmwide Prompt Bank Develop and refine reusable, best-practice prompts that align with the firm's standards and the AI Knowledge Hub's methodology. Support ongoing quality assurance as models evolve, ensure prompts remain reliable, simple to use and aligned with workflows. ENABLEMENT & ADOPTION Design and deliver clear, practical AI training programmes Contribute to firmwide learning initiatives that are grounded in responsible AI practices and structured learning principles, as well as helping to develop persona-based curricula.  Drive strategic adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools Lead enablement initiatives that demonstrate measurable impact (e.g., improved efficiency, higher confidence, consistent usage). COMMUNITY & CULTURE Moderate and nurture the AI Knowledge Hub community Facilitate firmwide knowledge-sharing sessions, experiments and learning events.   Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation and practical problem-solving Highlight success stories, promote best practices and help contributors develop confident, responsible judgment in AI use. You are naturally curious and comfortable exploring new technologies or ideas outside your usual domain. You are comfortable in a public-facing role, and can present to diverse audiences, run workshops and engage with stakeholders with confidence. You have experience in knowledge management, digital enablement, L&D, or AI adoption – ideally in a legal or professional services environment.  You're familiar with tools like Microsof
