About the role TINQIN is expanding its advisory services in AI governance, compliance and transformation for insurers and other regulated organisations. The primary focus of the role is regulatory and compliance advisory – helping clients address the EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA and NIS2 and translate these requirements into practical, well-governed solutions. The role also spans broader business and IT consulting engagements across our client base. We are looking for a consultant who combines solid regulatory and compliance expertise with strong commercial instincts and the ability to work independently and take initiative. Responsibilities: • Advise insurance and other regulated-industry clients on AI governance, compliance and transformation – translating regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, ISO standards) into practical, deliverable services; • Drive business development: identify opportunities, prepare proposals, present to clients, and support pre-sales through to closing; • Lead and contribute to client engagements, from scoping through to delivery; • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners and internal teams; • Stay ahead of regulatory change, AI developments and industry trends to anticipate client needs and open new business opportunities; • Contribute to developing our advisory offering – its services, delivery methods and market presence. Requirements • At least 3 years' experience in consulting (governance, risk, compliance, management, or IT / business consulting), ideally serving regulated industries such as insurance or financial services; • Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks – the EU AI Act and GDPR, and ideally DORA, NIS2 or ISO standards (27001 / 42001); • Good understanding of AI and its business and regulatory implications (hands-on experience a strong plus); • A genuine commercial mindset – comfortable in front of clients and in business-development and sales conversations; • Self-motivated and proactive – able to work independently and manage your own priorities; • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; • Fluency in both French and English; • Ability and willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
