The Opportunity – Build the Future with Us As an AI Adoption, Experience and Training Lead , you will lead the enablement side of AI adoption by working with peers to build and deliver training aligned to the overall AI change and communications plan, including targeted “in-the-flow” sessions, office hours, and train-the-trainer programs. You will also create the infrastructure that sustains adoption—peer learning communities, role-based learning paths and assets, a governed knowledge base, and an AI champions network to scale support and reduce ongoing demand on help channels. Your Impact You will: Develop or procure trainings based on AI change and communications plan, working with providers as needed Create and moderate collaboration spaces for peer learning and support. Schedule and deliver training as determined by the overall change enablement plan Deliver targeted, in-the-flow enablement for priority user groups (sessions, office hours, roadshows). Maintain office hours Create and publish how-to guides, FAQs, and quick-reference assets. Design and maintain role-based learning paths, self-paced modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, and labs. Own the knowledge base as the single source of truth, including taxonomy, templates, standards, and content lifecycle. Run the AI champions network and facilitate community rhythms (office hours, demos, prompt clinics). Run train-the-trainer programs and optimize content findability to drive adoption and reduce support demand. The Skills That Set You Apart You bring: Learning & enablement design experience: building or procuring training, partnering with vendors/providers, and aligning content to a broader change and communications plan. Instructional design capability: creating role-based learning paths, self-paced modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, labs, and quick-reference assets. Facilitation and delivery strength: running live sessions, office hours, roadshows, and train-the-trainer programs for varied audiences. Community building & moderation: creating and moderating peer-learning collaboration spaces and maintaining strong engagement rhythms. Knowledge management expertise: owning a knowledge base as a “single source of truth,” including taxonomy, templates/standards, governance, and content lifecycle management. Adoption and support optimization mindset: improving content findability and designing scalable support models that reduce ongoing help-channel demand. Program coordination/operations: scheduling, coordinating multiple enablement motions, and keeping delivery consistent with the overall plan. AI literacy (practical level): enough understanding of AI tools/use cases to produce credible how-to guidance, facilitate demos/prompt clinics, and support champions.
