Description
The AI Enablement Consultant drives organisation-wide AI adoption, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and align with strategic goals. Acting as a bridge between business units and the AI Enablement team, this role identifies high-impact opportunities, shapes initiatives from concept to implementation, and embeds best practices for sustainable success. By promoting governance, enabling training, and providing hands-on support, the consultant helps integrate AI into everyday operations. This will unlock efficiency, innovation, and smarter ways of working in collaboration with Agent Developers and Copilot Specialists. Key Actions Identify & Deliver AI Solutions: Work with business teams to uncover AI opportunities, shape strategic use cases, and guide them from concept to production, ensuring readiness, adoption, and measurable value Enable Adoption & Best Practices: Design engaging training, promote consistent standards in usability, governance, and risk management, and embed AI into everyday operations Collaborate & Innovate: Partner across IT, marketing, customer service, and more to align initiatives, scale solutions, and drive creative applications of AI that enhance business outcomes Monitor & Improve: Track adoption, costs, and benefits while fostering continuous improvement and innovation in AI performance Provide Expertise & Share Knowledge: Offer technical guidance on AI platforms, troubleshoot issues, and actively share insights to shape the organisation’s AI strategy Engage Stakeholders & Lead Change: Build support for AI initiatives and manage change to ensure smooth, successful implementation General Responsibilities: Adhere to the Code of Conduct and comply with all regulatory and training requirements
