Mission of the Role: To own and execute core supply chain planning and operations, ensuring inventory health, timely replenishment, and smooth coordination across suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams. This role requires a hands-on operator who can make data-informed decisions, solve problems independently, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Execution (Core Ownership)
• Manage demand and supply planning for key SKUs, ensuring optimal inventory levels and service performance
• Generate and manage purchase orders, working closely with suppliers to meet lead times and MOQ constraints
• Monitor inventory across internal systems, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA, ensuring timely replenishment and stock health
• Translate sales trends, campaign inputs, and historical data into practical replenishment decisions
• Drive the adoption of automation tools and AI agents to streamline forecasting, PO generation, inventory tracking, and risk management.
Problem Solving & Operations
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues (stockouts, delays, excess inventory) with a structured and proactive approach
• Make decisions in uncertain or fast-changing conditions, balancing service levels, cost, and inventory risk
• Work with logistics partners and 3PLs to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations
Process Improvement
• Improve existing workflows (planning, reporting, replenishment) to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Support the use of automation tools and systems to streamline supply chain processes
• Maintain accurate data and ensure consistency across systems
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align supply with campaigns and launches
• Provide clear updates on stock risks, replenishment plans, and operational issues
• Support S&OP discussions with data and operational insights
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with suppliers on production schedules, shipment timelines, and issue resolution
• Support sourcing and cost optimization initiatives where relevant
Key Skills & Experience:
• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations
• Hands-on experience with:
• Demand or supply planning
• Inventory management and replenishment
• ERP/MRP systems
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic analysis)
• Good problem-solving ability and structured thinking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Able to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Comfortable adopting or exploring automation and AI tools for process optimization
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% as needed
