AI Delivery Consultant role based in Reading, Berkshire with hybrid and remote-first working options.
This is a permanent opportunity to join a fast-growing AI adoption consultancy, helping organisations understand, implement and gain value from AI technologies in practical, business-focused ways.
The role combines AI training, client workshops, solution design and hands-on delivery of AI adoption programmes, including workflows, automations and AI agent use cases.
You will work directly with clients to identify opportunities where AI can improve processes, save time and drive measurable ROI, while also supporting enablement through training, documentation and advisory work.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in AI adoption, consulting, automation, business analysis or solutions consulting, alongside hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar platforms.
This role would suit someone who can bridge the gap between technical capability and business understanding, delivering workshops, advising stakeholders and translating AI potential into real-world outcomes.
