We're looking for an AI Commercial Product Owner to join a high-impact, fully dedicated global task force and help design, develop and scale AI-powered solutions that transform how we drive Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotion Management, Retail Execution and Sales Effectiveness across our markets.
This is more than a technology role. It's an opportunity to redefine how predictive analytics, machine learning and AI create value for our commercial teams and customers worldwide.
📊 What you'll do
As AI Commercial Product Owner, you will work at the intersection of business strategy, data and technology, collaborating with global and local stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and turn them into scalable AI products.
You will:
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of AI-enabled products supporting key commercial processes, including Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Retail Execution and Sales Effectiveness
• Translate business needs into clear use cases, user stories and actionable product requirements, acting as a bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical teams
• Identify opportunities where AI, machine learning and advanced analytics can generate measurable business impact, such as demand forecasting, trade investment optimization, promo effectiveness, revenue growth recommendations and next best actions for sales teams
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, Data & Analytics, Digital and Technology teams to design and deliver scalable, business-driven solutions
• Contribute to a global-first approach, ensuring AI-powered products can be adopted consistently across markets while balancing local business needs
• Support agile product development and value delivery through iterative releases, helping define success metrics and monitoring business impact and user adoption
• Work closely with the global Salesforce CRM transformation program, ensuring alignment between AI initiatives and the broader commercial digital roadmap
• Promote a data-driven mindset and act as a champion of AI adoption across the commercial organization
💡 Who we're looking for
• Interest in digital transformation, data, and AI applied to business or commercial processes
• 4+ years of experience working on AI and/or data-driven projects, or involvement in digital or commercial transformation initiatives (e.g. RGM, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Data & Analytics).
• Experience or exposure to cross-functional projects (Commercial, Sales, Data, Digital or similar contexts)
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, predictive analytics and data products
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to balance business priorities, user needs and technical feasibility
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
✨Nice to have
• Experience in FMCG, Retail or Consumer Goods environments
• Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, TPM or Retail Execution
• Familiarity with Revenue Growth Management methodologies
• Agile/Scrum experience or certifications
• Knowledge of field sales KPIs and retail execution processes
