Description
You want to use AI to
transform how companies operate, make decisions, and grow? Then join us in
shaping the next generation of AI-driven architectures for leading
organizations worldwide. Design agentic platforms, autonomous delivery
pipelines, and intelligent systems that translate enterprise knowledge into
scalable business impact. Bring your unique strengths to our distinctive team – one that
consistently supports each other. As
part of the Boston Consulting Group, we drive innovation from the boardroom to
the code.
Shape the world of tomorrow
• You will contribute to the design of
AI-driven target architectures – from LLM
orchestration and agentic AI to harness engineering in autonomous software
factories such as the “Agentic Software Factory” – and learn how to integrate these approaches into enterprise
landscapes in a scalable way with measurable business impact
• You will develop rule sets,
toolchains, evaluation frameworks and CI/CD integrations that govern the
behavior of coding agents across the entire SDLC
• You will build modern software
delivery approaches: from DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines to automated
testing and platform engineering in an enterprise context
• You will work directly with clients to
translate business intent into precise, testable specifications that
agents can execute
• You will support the design of evaluation
and governance mechanisms that ensure AI systems are secure, transparent,
and compliant with enterprise standards
• You will communicate
architectures and results clearly and convincingly – to both technical
teams and business stakeholders on the client side
This is
how you can make a difference
• You have completed (or are
about to complete) a degree in computer science, business informatics,
business mathematics, mathematics, AI engineering or a related field
• You have hands-on experience with AI
coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) – for example through academic work,
internships, university projects or personal experiments
• You understand concepts such as agent
loops, evaluation and observability, MCP, deep agents, or AI-native
architectures – and you are motivated to dive deeper
• Ideally, you have initial
experience with agent evaluation, observability tools (e.g., Langfuse,
LangSmith) or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
• You enjoy tackling complex digital
challenges and are enthusiastic about developing and communicating
solutions
• You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and
global environments and are flexible and willing to travel
• You
are fluent in both German and English and can confidently understand and
communicate complex topics in both languages
