Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will guide clients throughout their journey—from onboarding and training to long-term adoption and success. You will work closely with legal professionals to understand their workflows, drive meaningful engagement with our AI capabilities, and ensure they realize measurable value from the platform. This role combines customer success, training, relationship management, and product advocacy. You will collaborate across teams to share client insights, influence product development, and continuously enhance the customer experience. Engage with legal professionals to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations around AI. Lead training sessions and hands-on enablement to ensure firms are confident in using our AI tools, helping them integrate these capabilities into their day-to-day workflows.
