About the Role We’re looking for an Agricultural Sales Representative to build strong relationships with local farming customers while providing trusted technical advice across our product and service range. This is a hands-on, field-based role combining technical support, account management and new business development across the region. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal technical teams to support farm production goals and drive sustainable sales growth. Key Responsibilities • Build strong, long-term relationships with farming customers • Visit customers and understand their farming operation and business needs • Provide practical advice on products and seasonal farming requirements • Promote AG Warehouse products and services across the region • Develop new customers within your territory • Manage customer activity, documentation and monthly sales reporting • Support field days, demonstrations and product trials with suppliers • Conduct weekly "Drum Kick" visits to dairy customers, helping monitor chemical levels and ensuring essential consumables such as gloves, teat spray and dairy supplies are replenished as required • Stay up to date with agronomy, animal production and industry developments across dairy, sheep and beef sectors About You • Background or qualification in Agriculture (or relevant on-farm experience) • Experience in agricultural or rural sales, or ready for your next step in the industry • Knowledge of dairy, sheep and beef production systems and the challenges facing livestock producers • Strong understanding of farming operations and rural customers • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field • Organised and able to manage your own time and territory effectively Why Join AG Warehouse • The opportunity to make contributions that matter, while being supported by a multinational, values-led company • A competitive salary package, plus a fully maintained tool of trade vehicle • Supportive local team backed by experienced technical specialists • Opportunity to grow your career within a leading agricultural business • Product discounts and a range of employee benefits Click Apply to submit your application.
