The Role We are working with a leading UK law firm, recognised in the Legal 500 and consistently ranked among the Sunday Times Top 100 companies to work for, to expand their London-based agricultural team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions within the Food and Agribusiness sector. The role offers a competitive salary well above NQ levels (starting at £85K) and an extensive benefits package. You will handle a wide range of matters, including: Investment sales and purchases for corporate landowners, educational institutions, and charities Sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms, estates, and equine properties Agricultural and business tenancies Farming partnerships Renewable energy projects Mineral leases Refinancing transactions for rural businesses and landowners You Will Bring 2+ years PQE in agricultural property or rural real estate law Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Ability to manage your own caseload and build client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join You will work with prestigious clients such as universities, colleges, corporate landowners, charities, pension funds, national farming businesses, investors in land, trustees, and owners of prominent landed estates.
