Your mission and responsibilities: • Own the Hungarian GTM Strategy: Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy to successfully scale Klim’s presence in Hungary. • Bridge Global & Local: Collaborate with the HQ to tailor Klim’s products and services to meet Hungarian-specific needs. • Manage Sustainable Supply Chains: Take ownership of and develop projects with partners from the food industry to make their value chains more sustainable and reduce emissions. • Drive Project Excellence: Develop, implement, and safeguard project strategies and goals, driving creative solutions to ensure all KPIs are met. • Onboard Farmers: You convince farmers to collaborate with us on projects and to be open to a long-term, step-by-step expansion of regenerative practices. • Build Trusted Partnerships: Foster deep, trust-based relationships with participating farmers, supporting them through every stage of their regenerative journey. Your profile • Several years of professional experience combining robust project management skills with a solid foundation in regenerative agriculture. • A formal agricultural background (degree, apprenticeship, or hands-on farming background) with a deep understanding of dairy and arable farming challenges. • An established local agricultural network in Hungary, along with the drive to actively expand it. • An entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine excitement for building up a new market and diving into new fields. • A farmer-first communication style, with a proven talent for connecting with farmers on equal terms to build lasting, trust-based relationships. • A passion for sustainability, marked by a continuous thirst for knowledge on how to implement practical, long-term regenerative solutions. • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, blending a desire to share your own skills with a willingness to learn from others. • A quick, pragmatic decision-maker who resolves blockers before they slow project momentum. • Fluency in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken).
