Do you want to help develop the Aftermarket business and contribute to strengthening our global offering ? We are now looking for a Business Developer who wants to combine project management with business development, working closely with both our internal organization and our sales companies. About the role In this role, you will contribute to business development within the Aftermarket department by acting both as project manager and as support in business development matters. Projects are primarily initiated by the department’s management team and may involve resources from the department itself, as well as from our sales companies and other functions within Väderstad Group. Your main responsibilities include : • Participating and leading projects within Aftermarket • Driving and contributing to business and process development • Implementing agreed working methods and activities within the department and in our sales companies • Acting as product owner for IT systems connected to Aftermarket • Supporting the Aftermarket management team with expertise and advice • Supporting our sales companies in their business development work when needed • Compiling and analyzing relevant statistics About you As a person, you are innovative and analytical, with strong personal drive. You enjoy taking initiative, moving work forward and creating structure. You have strong communication skills and easily build trust in collaboration with different stakeholders. With your engagement, you inspire others and have a clear service focus, always striving to create value for both customers and the business. We are looking for someone who has: • Strong competence in business development processes and tools, demonstrated through formal education or experience • Experience of driving projects from start to finish • Knowledge of international business , including administration, documentation requirements, terms and processes • Good system skills and experience working with ERP and CRM systems. • Fluen t English, both written and spoken Experience from agriculture is considered an advantage.
