After Sales Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) ARDELT KRANBAU GmbH is an international manufacturer of customized crane systems. Our innovative products are used in sea and inland ports, steelworks, shipyards and other transshipment centers worldwide. To strengthen our team in Eberswalde , we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the field of After Sales Electrical Engineering. Your tasks Your profile • Checking customer project requirements for technical feasibility from an economic point of view and preparing technical and commercial offers Focus on electrical engineering • Project management, controlling and monitoring project execution, drafting and reviewing contracts for complex projects and preparing offers • Advising customers on repair and service orders, identifying defects and deciding on and initiating necessary repairs • Planning inspections of own and third-party products according to general guidelines Your profile • Degree as a technician/master craftsman or successfully completed studies in the technical field • Professional experience in project management and control desirable • German and English language skills with business and technical confidence, another foreign language would be an advantage • Confident knowledge of the common MS Office applications and experience in ERP systems • Independent, structured working style with team orientation, commitment and flexibility • Good analytical skills, assertiveness, negotiating skills and entrepreneurial thinking • Willingness to travel worldwide Our offer • A permanent employment • Attractive remuneration according to IG Metall tariff (Berlin/Brandenburg) • Vacation and Christmas bonus • 35-hour week (full-time) • 30 days vacation per year • Family-friendly environment with flexible working hours • Extensive and individual training with a modern workplace • Targeted training and development opportunities • Varied projects with room for your own ideas • Free parking and secure bicycle parking as well as a subsidy in the local canteen Become part of our team and shape the future of crane construction with us!
