Preferred - • Should be a seasoned sales trainer • Field training experience preferred • comfortable in travelling • Should be good in creating and understanding data report Role - • Good in Content development and PPT creation skills • Should be comfortable in online offline both trainings • Prior exposure to Handholding and managing OJT • Driving business conversion and revenue • Should have taken initiatives to make training more effective and business improvement • Should know how to do TNI • Batch success rate should be good • Should know how to create Info-graphics, one pager, knowledge deck etc.
