Company : Affordplan Position : Senior Marketing Manager Experience - 6-10 years Location - Gurgaon - 6 Days Working ( 5 Days WFO , Saturdays WFH ) About Affordplan : Affordplan is a new age fintech headquartered in Gurgaon. Eligibility : 1.Bachelor’s Degree/master’s degree (Preferred) in Marketing or similar. 2. Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience. 3. Experience in B2C will be preferred Role : 1. Proven experience in developing and implementing 360 Degree marketing strategies 2.Experience in managing marketing campaigns and driving brand growth 3.Prior experience in having managed ATL and BTL campaigns 4.Should have experience handling PR and media relations 5.Familiarity with market analysis and research 6.Strong leadership and team management skills 7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 8.Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions 9.Experience in the healthcare or fintech industry is a plus
