Join our team as we set new benchmarks in the industry, ensuring that our people thrive, and our communities remain places our residents are proud to call home.    Position Overview: Job Title:Blaisdell Apartments Salary:  $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience Schedule:  Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm Explore Blaisdell Apartments:   https://www.blaisdellipgliving.com/   Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Specialist to support the operations at Blaisdell Apartments, a 151-unit tax credit (affordable) apartment community located in Minneapolis, MN.  The Compliance Specialist is responsible for administering and ensuring compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and other affordable housing programs for properties owned or managed by the company. This position serves as the key point of contact for regulatory agencies and property managers, ensuring compliance while supporting the operational efficiency of housing programs. This position involves conducting file reviews, resident eligibility verification, and compliance training for staff to promote consistent practices across properties.  How you will make an impact: Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all times. Review move-in, interim, annual recertification, termination, and initial certification files. Ensure all required HUD, LIHTC, and program-specific forms are complete and compliant. Conduct on-site compliance audits across assigned properties as needed. Monitor and ensure accuracy of affordable housing waiting lists to support proper eligibility determinations Train property on-site staff on compliance with requirements and updates as needed. Support Community Managers, Assistant Managers, and Occupancy Specialists with compliance-related issues. Interpret and communicate regulatory and policy changes to property level staff.
