About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across our premium media portfolio. This role is responsible for selling integrated advertising solutions across print, digital, and event platforms, working with leading luxury and lifestyle brands. Thailand • Lifestyle Asia • Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia, Hong Kong & Macau Key Responsibilities • Drive advertising sales across magazines, online platforms, and events to achieve revenue targets • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for both new business acquisition and existing client growth • Able to make the call to build the new client and maintain strong relationships with agencies, direct clients, and brand partners • Create tailored, cross-platform media proposals combining print, digital, and experiential opportunities • Identify new market opportunities within luxury, lifestyle, travel, and hospitality sectors • Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and event teams to deliver integrated campaigns • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing • Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports to clients • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting Requirements • 4–6 years of experience in media or advertising sales • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets • Strong network with media agencies and direct advertisers in Thailand • Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or premium media is highly preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva, and presentation tools • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for productivity and content support is an advantage • Good command of English, both spoken and written • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment About us APX Luxury is one of Asia’s most vibrant and progressive independent media houses.
