Job Title: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Location: Narcotic Drug Treatment Center (Kenai) 100 Trading Bay Road, Suite 8 Kenai, Alaska 99611 Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday–Friday Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team. This role is ideal for a provider who values flexibility and is passionate about supporting individuals in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). Position Requirements: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Alaska Current DEA licensure required Supervisor: Medical Director Key Responsibilities: • Conduct patient enrollments for the Opioid Treatment Program • Conduct intake assessments and physical examinations for patients. • Confirm addiction diagnosis and certify medical eligibility for program admission. • Perform ongoing assessments of patient health needs, including completion of inpatient treatment clearance forms. • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and program requirements • Review and monitor patient information in the Alaska Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP). • Authorize the release of personal information for a State of Alaska criminal background check. • APRN must be cleared and deemed eligible for hire by the State of Alaska, Division of Behavioral Health.
