This partnership empowers AUUA to deliver superior, individualized patient care by leveraging Urology Alliance’s robust, world-class business and organizational support, ensuring our clinicians can focus on what they do best – providing top-notch care in a successful and dynamic private practice setting.  General Responsibilities: Perform complete evaluations on patients of all ages Order and interpret lab work, imaging, and other diagnostic studies Establish working diagnoses and develop treatment plans in collaboration with urologists Implement therapeutic interventions and provide appropriate follow-up care Refer to the supervising urologist or specialists as needed Other duties as assigned   Key Responsibilities: Sees new and follow-up patients and provides problem-oriented intervention for their urological conditions Assists in care, treatment, and follow-up as needed Perform and/or assists in-office procedures, including transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) volume studies, cystoscopies, post-void residual (PVRs) evaluations, difficult catheterizations, post-op voiding trials, and other necessary procedures Orders and interprets lab, x-ray, special studies, and clinical procedures, and provides appropriate care and follow-up Provides phone/video consultation for patient complaints and prescription refills Performs on-call duties for urology Evaluates, screens, and counsels’ patients on health maintenance and promotes utilization of community resources   Education & Experience Requirements: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or PA degree from an accredited program Active and valid state medical license DEA/DPS license Urology experience preferred but not required Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong leadership and team collaboration skills   Who is Urology Alliance?
