We are actively recruiting Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join our expanding clinical team. Position Overview: The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with primary care providers and Medical Directors to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care across the lifespan. Services include health promotion, disease and injury prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of common acute and chronic conditions. Starting pay is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
