Xenon Health is seeking an Advanced Expense System Intern to assist with developing and optimizing our automated stipend and expense reporting tool. This role will help streamline financial workflows by enhancing form logic, integrations, and automation features. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in customizing JavaScript logic for form submissions and validations. • Support JotForm automation workflows to capture structured expense data. • Help design and test integrations with finance and payroll systems. • Participate in invoice tracking and reporting automation projects. • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to troubleshoot submission and approval workflows. Qualifications: • Foundational knowledge of JavaScript and front-end development. • Interest in financial technology and process automation. • Ability to analyze structured data and support reporting tasks. • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn system integration.
