Duties include: • Court of Protection • Mental Health Act advice • Ordinary residence matters • Deprivation of Liberty • Welfare Proceedings • No recourse to public funds This a ongoing, locum role. Fully remote working is available. Full and part-time hours will be considered. You will join a supportive and friendly team. Outside IR35 working is available for this role.
