Purpose of the Role The Adult Indoor Soccer Official is responsible for officiating indoor adult soccer games  and ensuring a safe, positive, and fair environment  for all participants. Key Responsibilities • Officiate indoor adult soccer matches according to established rules and regulations. • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for players, spectators, and staff. • Provide excellent guest service to participants and spectators. • Follow facility operations, safety, and emergency procedures (e.g., fire alarms, injuries). • Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and other officials. • Work efficiently and accurately, making sound decisions in line with established guidelines. • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and teamwork. Work Schedule • Primarily weekday evenings for leagues; occasional weekend hours. • Qualifications & Skills • Knowledge of soccer rules and game officiating. • Ability to handle emergency situations. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience is a plus, but not required. • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
