Description
The position will be on an average 34-hour per week contract, consisting of four weekday shifts (9:00am–5:30pm) and one day of a weekend shift every three weeks (8:30am–5:00pm). Administrator pay- £13.95 per hour Belong are a not for profit values based organisation who provide award-winning specialist dementia and nursing support, together with a range of accommodation, amenities and services to meet the needs of our vibrant community. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator, you will be working as part of a team to provide a flexible, customer focussed and efficient service About the role The Administrator is a key role in our front of house team, as you will be supporting the business as a whole. This will include; Co-ordination for recruitment in your Village, including Offer letters, Contracts, ID checks Maintain a cash reconciliation system Deliver HR recruitment & Financial reports Processing payroll & queries Liaising with Customers, Visitors, Staff and external providers effectively Knowledge and understanding of GDPR regulations There will be no such thing as a typical day and that is why this role is an ideal for someone who likes variety. About you You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks to a deadline prioritise own workload. Show diplomacy, discretion and communicate effectively with your team and any visitors to the village.
