Job Title – Administrator – Fleet Contracts
Job Location – London
Salary – £26k – £28k
In the role of Administrator, you will support the Head of Ops by generating customer contracts for all product types in the rental/loan management systems as part of the customer sign up process.
In the role you will be writing new contracts for renewing rental customers and updating live customer agreements to cater for contract reschedules, returns or amendments.
You will also be applying charges to agreements.
Our client is a vehicle finance and rental company providing flexible vehicle solutions for ride hailing drivers, focused on electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing emails received into the administration inbox.
• Administration duties around the fleet insurance policy – involving logging, management and reporting of FNOLs.
• Updating details and vehicle records in the fleet management system.
• Administration duties within the Fleet Telematics system.
• Assisting your line manager with Fleet Safety reporting.
• Generating and distributing reports to management and the wider business.
• Assisting with our insurance float reconciliation and claims reporting.
• Supporting the Operations Manager with project administration and admin duties within the operating systems
Skills Required:

• Good communication skills via email, phone, text, etc. as the role requires dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in using MS office applications.
• A good level of knowledge on MS Excel is required.
• Strong attention to detail as you will be generating customer loan agreements and management reporting
• Enjoy contributing to the team and growing with the company
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
