BB&E is an employee-owned full service civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm, headquartered in Northville, Michigan, which services both the Federal and Industrial sectors throughout the United States. BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering and Program/Project Management Services to Federal and private sectors. Position Summary BB&E is currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Workflow Specialist to support the AFIMSC Installation Engineering Division for joint basing onsite at JBSA-Lackland, TX. Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide administrative support, data management, file management, and other tasks to support AFIMSC leadership. Provide program and project-level Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in support of AFIMSC Leadership. Use Air Force systems to perform duties, including Advanced Distributed Learning System (ADLS), Air Force SharePoint sites Assist with AFIMSC workflow to include TMT and tracking all taskers. Assist with management of the AFCEC Workflow. Assist with reviewing/updating Business rules on an annual basis. Analyze data and perform cross comparisons and data gap analysis. Perform QA/QC Reviews on high level briefing slides to ensure accuracy. Review and consolidate inputs into Final Draft WARs and MARs and submit Weekly Activity and Monthly Activity Reports. Assist with Records Management; Store, search, retrieve and dispose of records. Search and retrieve records required by Freedom of Information Act and close record searched in the Air Force Records Information Management System. Provide Conference and Meeting Support to AFIMSC. Develop meeting agenda, notify participants through meeting invitation, gather data and provide slides for each of the aforementioned meetings. Track all action items generated from the aforementioned meetings and assist in resolving Action Items. Develop meeting invitations, confirmations, and questions for government personnel interviews for the Division. Ensure folders for the Division are maintained/updated and documentation properly organized. Update various distribution lists by adding/changing/deleting names for notifications, meetings, and emails for the Division Requirements Key Qualifications ·     U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain Secret Security Clearance is required ·     Software: Experience with Task Management Tool (TMT) is required ; proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe, SharePoint, and Outlook is required ·     Knowledge: Prior military service or detailed working-level knowledge of the Air Force structure is preferred ·     Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·     Organizational Skills: Must have a high degree of organization when performing tasks ·     Self-Starter: Highly motivated, with the ability to communicate with installation points of contact on a routine basis Experience & Education ·     Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience is required ·     Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent is required Physical Requirements ·     Ability to stand/walk/climb/kneel/crouch and remain in a stationary position/sit at least 60% of the time ·     Ability to operate office equipment, including computer, copy machine, phone, etc. ·     Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms ·     Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. ·     Ability to see details of objects that are less than a few feet away ·     Ability to understand the speech of another person, spe
