Administrative Support Specialist - Multiple Locations Marine Corps University (MCU) / College of Distance Education and Training (CDET) Location : CDET Regional campuses (MCB Quantico VA; MCB Camp Lejeune NC; NAS-JRB Fort Worth TX; MCB Camp Pendleton CA; MCAS Miramar CA; MCB Hawaii; MCB Camp Butler Okinawa Japan) This position is contingent upon contract award. Hatalom  Corporation is  seeking  organized and detail-oriented  Administrative Support Specialists  to provide administrative and program support for Marine Corps University Regional Campuses. Working closely with the Regional Campus Instructor (RCI), the Administrative Support Specialist ensures the efficient administration of regional Professional Military Education (PME) programs by coordinating student enrollment, scheduling seminars,  maintaining  academic records, and supporting day-to-day regional operations.  This position is contingent  upon award. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Regional Campus Instructor (RCI) and regional campus staff. • Organize students into seminar cohorts  in accordance with  established academic schedules and enrollment requirements. • Coordinate seminar scheduling and classroom administrative support. • Maintain student records and academic documentation  in accordance with  Marine Corps University policies. • Track student enrollment, attendance, course completion, and graduation requirements. • Coordinate with faculty, students, and headquarters staff  regarding  scheduling, registration, and administrative matters. • Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation. • Assist  with the coordination of regional academic events and seminars. • Maintain electronic and hard-copy records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Respond professionally to student and faculty inquiries  regarding  program administration. • Support the preparation and distribution of course materials and instructional resources. • Coordinate administrative actions using Government information systems and office automation software. • Perform other administrative duties in support of Regional Campus operations as assigned. Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior academic/program administrative experience • Demonstrated experience with scheduling, records management, and office administration. • Proficiency  using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while  maintaining  attention to detail. • Active Secret (Tier 3) Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and  maintain  one. Preferred Qualifications • Associate's or Bachelor's  degree from an accredited institution. • Experience supporting military, government, or higher education organizations. • Previous  experience providing academic, registrar, or student services support. • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), student information systems, or  MarineNet . • Experience coordinating schedules,  maintaining  academic records, and supporting educational programs. • Knowledge of Marine Corps Professional Military Education programs is highly desirable.
